Feedback button
The black Feedback button can be placed easily on your website using a small piece of Javascript. An easy and efficient way to get visitors to share opinions! With a Premium account the button can be completely tailored, both in terms of look and feel and where it should be placed on the page.
Your forum
When you have registered your account on Kundo a forum is automatically created where your visitors can post. With a Premium account you can create different forums for different languages, websites or products you want to separate. All settings on Kundo are done per forum.
Votes and comments
When a visitor has posted to your forum via the start page for the forum or the Feedback button your editors and other visitors can comment. Visitors who want to indicate they agree can also choose to vote for the various posts.
Editors
In creating a quality and trusting dialogue with your visitors it is important to great them personally. When posts are answered by your editors it clearly shown that the comments are official replies from you. Each editor can upload a personal picture and a title. Under the settings for each forum you can easily add more editors.
E-mail for new posts
For each new post written on Kundo your editors get a message via e-mail. The settings for this can be adjusted to your needs. Each editor can choose to turn off e-mail notifications in their profile.
Automatic search in current posts
When a visitor starts to write a new post we do an automatic search through similar previous posts. These are presented in real-time for the visitor and this helps to avoid a large number of duplicate posts or very similar ones.
Monitoring of social media
Your customers do not just communicate via your website but also indirectly via blog and microblogs like Twitter. Kundo automatically monitors what is said about your website or brand in these channels.
Dashboard
A central feature for your editors is to be able to view all posts which are unanswered or have received a new comment. To do this easily logged in editors have access to an overview section. In Overview they can see the latest posts, unanswered posts, new comments and posts which you have flagged for follow-up.
Statistics
With a Premium account you get access to valuable statistics on how Kundo is used by your visitors. For example you can see which posts are most read as well as how many click on your Feedback button.
Information on the visitor
For each post written here on Kundo you can find out more about the visitor who wrote it. Information about where on your website the post was sent as well as with which web browser makes it easier to troubleshoot.
Own support resources
Not all answers are found on Kundo. For that reason beside the posts you can create links to your own extra resources. For instance to your FAQ, contact by e-mail or Facebook page.
Popular feedback
So that more visitors find popular posts, such as FAQs, these are presented in the Feedback window and on the forum's start page. The more users that vote and give feedback via comments, the more insight you will get for user needs.
Status message
For temporary problems you can place a status message in the Feedback window. This avoids many visitors posting the same thing about an already known issue, such as downtime in some of your services.
Moderation of posts and comments
A good forum is cared for in the same way as a garden. Some posts need to be deleted or made clearer. Some are easier to find in another category. With a Premium account you can edit posts and comments.
Change log
To maintain the balance between control and transparency there is a public log of changes for each forum and post. Editors can give a reason when a post is edited and visitors can clearly see in this way why a change was made.
AAdjusted design
With a Premium account you can use CSS to tailor the Feedback window to your own needs.
Widgets
Using widgets you can easily place lists with posts from Kundo directly on your website without a lot of coding. For example you can present the most common questions, praise etc. Our widget can be completely tailored to your look and feel on your own website.
API
Kundo offers an Application Programming Interface which makes it possible for you to gather information from Kundo and present it on your own website. As an example with our API it is possible to integrate Kundo with your internal case handling system or website. Posts can be both read and posted via the API.
Mobile version
The design is adjusted automatically if editors or visitors use Kundo. This makes it easy to reply to posts by mobile and also to integrate Kundo on your own mobile website, or for feedback/customer service in, for instance, an iPhone application.
Support for multiple languages
Many companies have some activities in the other Nordic countries. For this reason Kundo supports Swedish, English, Norwegian and Danish. The language is indicated for each separate forum. With a Premium account you can have a number of forums in different language.
Facebook Application
With the Integrate account type you get an application that can be added to your Facebook page. When a user starts to write an entry in the application, a search for similar topics in your Kundo forum is made.
Own sub-domain and hidden logos
With our account type called Integrate you can place Kundo on your own sub-domain such as support.domain.se. This gives a more complete experience for your visitors who never leave your website. With this account type you can also hide Kundo's logos and links.
SSL/HTTPS
To be able to use SSL encrypted pages on Kundo, for e-commerce say, Kundo also works seamlessly with HTTPS.
